Overview
Public Health seeks to improve and protect the health of the people, rather than concerning treating individual patients. Public health Officers are accommodated to take action to progress healthy lifestyles, prevent disease, protect and advance general health, and improve healthcare services.
Public health Officers struggle to recognize ways of making the community and the environments healthier, and more capable of providing community with what they need for optimal health.
The graduate students should have a extensive understanding of all the factors that contribute to health, the structure of healthcare systems and health services, current government policy, and efficiently understand available data. Public health students need to be both tough delegates and at the same time possess good influences of persuasion to get the community, other stakeholder organizations and politicians to agree and work professionally towards the common goals.
After course completion the graduate students will become specialists in a specific area of public health, while others will find their job from health carriers related public health activities such as health research. However, their work usually falls within one of the following three areas of improving health, protecting health or providing health services

Our faculty’s graduation competencies are based on the core entrustable professional activities developed by the association of American medical colleges. At the end of the MBBS program, the graduate shall demonstrate the following competencies.

Academic requirements
1. Applicants Should bring a copy and the original of the Ministry of Education Certificate
2. Applicant must bring either a passport or a birth certificate
3. Applicants should bring certificate of good conduct from their school.
4. Applicant must pay admission fee of $30.
5. Applicant must bring six passport size photos (6×4cm).
6. Applicants should pass the admission exam
English requirements
Successfully complete RMIT Vietnam English Advanced, or complete one of the following English proficiency tests:
- IELTS (Academic) 6.5 (no band below 6.0)
